Mason’s Cleaners, Inc. SMS/EMAIL Terms & Conditions

1. Program description: We feel SMS/EMAIL messaging is the least invasive way for us to communicate with our customers. When opted-in you may receive SMS/MMS or EMAIL communications including marketing and/or information pertaining to order status, or other order related information, such as a response to an inquiry about prices and services. We do not limit the number of order messages you may receive but you will never receive more than one marketing message per month.

2. Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS or EMAIL service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS or EMAIL message STOP to us, we will send you an message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS or EMAIL messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS or EMAIL messages to you again.

3. Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

4. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
